Whistler Mountain Picnic

This was the hardest I ever worked for a picnic ;). We hiked up and down Whistler mountain and set up a delicious lunch in what seemed kind of like being on Mars to me. I can still remember the smell from the chairlift down the mountainside, the freshest air scented with wildflowers. What a glorious day.

Food seen above: Panna Cotta, Gluten-free Roasted tomato & goat cheese tart, current financiers.
