I have always loved ice cream cake since I was a kid. I remember getting little baskin robbins cakes and ice cream cone men with chocolate faces for my birthday. I still love ice cream cakes, but only really delicious ones. When I came across this recipe I thought... I want to eat that right now... here's a grown-up ice cream cake that I can't wait to try out!
