Guess what y'all... I'm going to the beach again. This time just for fun. no work... (well maybe one shoot) but still. I'm cramming in a house with a bunch of hot moms and their little babies. Should be really relaxing ;). So I last minute eagerly began looking for a bathing suit because I realized well, mine are so old and not cute anymore- due to all my shape changing over the past several years. I won't have a new suit in time for this trip... but these are some that I think are so cute that I'd love to own.
They are all from ASOS... a place I frequently browse online. They have a lot of European designers I like that I can't find in stores here and great prices sometimes. That orange one is my FAV! The only problem is a tan belly makes me feel skinnier even if I'm not going to wear a tube top ever? Does anyone else feel that way?
Don't worry. You can count on me for beach pictures. I'll have an island wedding up soon!

Have you ever noticed a trend in your image pinning? I was going through my fashion images and was like... oh my gosh... I must really have a thing for green pants and skirts? My favorite pair of pants this winter was a nice stretchy green pair I got on Christmas eve from Anthropologie. Who knew green was on my mind this much? :)

Here are some looks from sponsor, No Rest for Bridget, a California boutique with some earthy whimsy and mixed up fashion. The prices are really good too. I'm considering a pair of melon-colored shoes from there right now.

I never thought I'd be a such a fan of something in pop culture, but oh I am. I love the Hunger Games. Maybe because it's the first series of books I've read in a really long time, or maybe because in my little spirit is a Mockingjay that just won't quit, or because I've been sporting a braid long before and now I just need a bow & arrow... Whatever it is, I'm in to it... and I just wanted to confess that, right here, in my space on the net I am big Hunger Games fan! AND a couple of my friends played trainers and avox in the first movie! AND it was filmed right here in my city. If you don't know what I'm talking about it's ok, I thought the Hunger Games was a diet book when I heard everyone talking about it! Anyone else out there, still thinking about Gale & Peeta?
My husband got us tickets!! Can't wait.

I like Alexa Chung's style... she has a classic, modest chic look that appreciate. Don't you think so?

Recently I found some cute clothes at Madewell during their after Christmas sale, so I thought I'd make a little board of some of their new looks I'm into. I am loving the bright colors that have finally entered into fashion. (Although I'm pretty sure we're a little behind in this) I am such a sucker for bags too, always have been. I love this leather one!
